Shipping Policy

Orders placed through this website normally require approximately 1–2 business days for processing. After dispatch, estimated delivery/transit takes 3–5 business days. These are separate stages, and the estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Available destinations, any delivery restrictions, shipping charges, and free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout. Some addresses or product formats may not be serviceable. Supply a complete, accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number when ordering.

When tracking becomes available, use its updates to follow the parcel; carrier scans may take time to appear. Weather, peak demand, holidays, or carrier investigations can extend an estimate. For a delay or suspected loss, contact us with the order number, checkout email, and tracking number.

If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, check the delivery area and ask household members, then notify us promptly so we can request a carrier review. Keep damaged goods and packaging, and send photographs or video of both; do not mail anything back before authorization.
