Refund Policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective goods and offer exchanges. Request either within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective requests include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item.

Return eligibility is limited to new items that remain unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, labels, and all included accessories. Damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing components, or material differences from the description should still be reported for assessment; keep the goods as received and do not use them.

Contact us with your order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. Include photos or video of the item and packaging for damage, defects, wrong goods, or missing parts. Approved returns travel by mail using the free return label included in the package; ask us for help if it is missing. Do not post a return without authorization, and no restocking fee is charged.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Exchanges depend on the stock actually available when the request is handled.
